    Everyone,

Again, trying to determine best way to deal with an accumulation.

Help me understand BID and ASK relative to selling junk silver.

Of course every buyer will have their own formula.

Just wondering what is ‘fair’ relative to the spot prices.

    Thank you all

That just deals with silver, not coins. Look on the bay at average sold prices.

It should be noted that as the link states: "The values only reflect the silver value", (IN UNCIRCULATED CONDITION WITHOUT WEAR).

Again it's suggested that eBay sold average commodity prices which reflect additional charges as shipping, sales tax, etc. are shown as a realistic comparative value for small lots in various condition.

I regularly test the market by offering to buy on Craigslist, as follows:

Buying $100 face minimum full date undamaged "junk Silver" U.S. coinage @ 15 times Face value.

I make the offers as an educational process for my younger family members, located in various locations, where I fund their educational Numismatic process, free of charge to learn about coin collecting.

Although this is a better offer than LCS and on-line offers found, none have offered to sell.

    JMHO.
