This coin looks like a Julian II Ric 204, but it is made of copper with silver plate cu 98% AG 2% according to XRF 3.5 grams 21.5 mm Are Silvered coins common during this era, or would you think this is an older Replica
I am not aware of 2% silvered coins at that era. Not an expert but own many of his coins since I named my son after him and buy them for my son. I own silver Julian coins, and they all appear to be of good silver, but I do not own a XRF.
IMHO, cast with seam chased and silver plated. I would like to have a miliarense of Julian one day....
