Julia Domna IVNO REGINA - Rome or Laodicia?

I recently got this ragged denarius of Julia Domna, IVNO REGINA reverse. Over the past year I have learned a lot about Severan coins from this forum, but I am still pretty shaky on attributions from the various mints.

This one looks like Rome to me. In an old post, however, Doug mentions in an older post "Someone should mention that the majority of Domna Laodicea denarii have the small loop on the neck at the edge of the drapery. There are a few Laodicea coins that do not show it but most do." https://www.cointalk.com/threads/domna-denarius-laodicea-mint.303337/ Doug's FORVM pages are helpful too.

No loop? So Rome (RIC 560)? Or a loopless Laodicia (RIC 640)? Or am I missing the loop? Most of the Vcoins for sale appear to be Laodicia (per seller attributions) but some of these are loopless?

    Thank you!

Ragged? Maybe. But a nice Rome style denarius of Julia Domna
