Jefferson with Doubled Chin & Lettering DDO or Clashed Die or Both?

As always I appreciate any opinions...very obvious 2nd chin, & what I would assume to be Mech Doubling to letters ((most evident in "GOD")), but in lieu of the 2nd chin figured it could be a DDO?

I don't see doubling on the chin.

normal chin.

The lettering is strike doubling.

 

the last pic is a 'normal chin', It seems doubled((tip of chin)) and very sharp edges
