The Cents are have more interest in them than Nickels. Some, Like me only collect Cent varieties. Nickels do nothing for me and know a lot less about them. Yesterday I found a Nickel that was over 61 years old and didn't hesitate to spend it. If it was a Cent less than 1/3 that number of years, would have grabbed my interest. Unless something sparks in the nickel interest, they will probably be over looked. Of course Die varieties are collectable in them, but in common change I seldom even check them. It just seems to be a series overlooked by many. My interest slows after the Buffalo Nickels and stops after the silver war years coins. So unless a variety jumps out at me, I just spend them. It's just what I do, maybe others feel differently.
