Jefferson Nickel 2016p- Need your help

    I just found this one; it draw my attention and I need your opinions. I have seen a lot of "black" coins, especially quarters and dimes and I do know that it's probably environmental damage that causes the blackness( especially if they remained buried). Still, it looks different to my eyes. It weights 4,9 grams. Can I have your opinions?

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

    That coin doesn't really look black. It was probably buried in dirt. @paddyman98 can probably show you photos of nickels that he has found metal detecting that look like that.
