Ok I have pulld out some of the old bills we have had stuck away, I believe they are from the Phillipines during the 1940's when Japan goverened. Mickey Mouse Money I think it was called. My question is what are they worth. We have 5-100 pesos, 5-10 pesos, 5-5 pesos, 12-1 pesos and smaller sized bills we have 10- 50 centavos and 1-10 centavos.

Thank you for all your help, I am happy to scan copys if you need them.

I'm not sure the worth but most likely not much , the Japanese Gov. printed so much of this stuff it was ridiculus , the earlier notes were better printed and on better paper , the later stuff was terrible ie, cheap paper lousy printing , my father brought a bunch of it home too . Pics would definately help .

There are three series of Japanese notes for the philipines and personaly I think they are great notes to own :smile You can build up a rather nice collection of JIM's (Japanese Invasion Money) as they issued them for a number of countries and are not expensive to buy :kewl:

There are some notes that are pretty scarce. For instance, try finding a JIM of Malaya banknotes in decent condition. That will cost you good money. Do post pictures if possible.
