Being a confirmed bachelor for life President Buchanans spouse coin will feature Lady Liberty from a circulating $ 2 1/2 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle minted from 1840 to 1907 :secret: I wonder how the mint came up with this choice & will this be an unusual collectable considering the Lady Liberty will have been seated on two U. S. minted coins some 103 years apart ? The obverse of the coin will show an image of Lady Liberty & the revese will shop an image of President Buchanan , I think this is really coooooool & will certainly make this coin a one of a kind for the Spouse Coin collectors , President Buchanan was the only President to serve his entire term as a bachelor.
