today I hit up 4 banks for $25 in cents from each one. I was looking through the rolls and not much luck until....

hit one roll and found!!

no luck on the other rolls..that was all from a single roll!!

 

ather nice find now from the same bank!!! a roll of complete 2007d (Blast White, untouched, sealed!!! ) totally nice!!

do you think I should go back to the bank for more rolls from there? it was only one roll and the others were not very good.

If you are having fun doing it, then I think you should definitely go for it. I used to do the same thing, and had a blast. I don't do it now, as you in California you have to wait an eternity at the banks it seems.

 

yes, I would go back to that same bank and see what other rolls that might have been left there. Go to the same teller, buy what ever rolls you can that might have brought in by a customer. Good Luck

NO WAY!! Today's my day!!!! opend another roll and found 16 more wheat cents!!!!!!

now I can't wait to open the rest, I went back and bought all the rest they had, only 78$ worth, but I wil see!!

 

Congratulations!!! Ive never had the urge to search through rolls of cents. Ive done some half dollar and nickel searching and had some luck years ago. I dont know why Ive never felt the interest in searching cent rolls...hmmm.

I found a third roll!!!!!!! this time all wheat cents, says "bank of dearborn Dearborn, Mich." on the front with the dark red! I totally have to go back to the bank tommarow!!!
This time the roll had in it:

29,35,37,37,40,40,40d,41,42x3,44x8,45x3,45x3,46x5,48,50,50s,51s,52dx2,55dx4,56dx3,57sx3,58dx5

a lot of the 50's are in AU condition!! this weekend is totally my luck! I have been searching pennies for 10 years and the most ever I found in a roll before was 3 wheats! this entire roll is sweet!
