kiwi01 - if your source ever fails you. You've got another. ;) There's plenty of NZ coins I'm still missing.

There's another set of olympic quarters coming your way already. And wheelchair curling is out July 11th, with the next two due out mid-September and late October. Then it quiets down until February of next year.

Chris, what do you mean 'coming my way' for those Winter Olympic Games 25c. coins? It sounds like there will be around 50 different coins in the set.

No, but I included a hockey and a curling quarter in the care package I sent you, along with the other quarters.

Cindy,it would be cool if there were Loonies & Twoonies that are being struck as part of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games coin programme.

Chris,I haven't yet sent you my postal address, but I will do so.

The first Loonie isn't available until next year, and the second one is late 2009. Come to think of it. I haven't even seen any 2007 Loonies or Toonies yet. I have seen all the other denominations, but only with the new mintmark, none without.

Aidan, you're right. I've got too many things on the go. LOL I've got a few coins sitting right here still. Good thing I've cleared out the other ones. Now maybe I'll keep things straight.

Yeah, I had a pile started for Aidan too. His is the only one left, but at one time I had about 7 or 8 of them on the go. I really need to find a better way to keep them straight! LOL

Chris,my 2002 25c. coin has what looks like 5 people holding up a maple leaf. Was there a Golden Jubilee Loonie? I've got the Twoonie.I have got the 1999 Nunavut Twoonie, but not the 2000 Knowledge Twoonie though.

I've added a 2000 Knowledge Toonie to your pile, and I'm pretty sure there were Golden Jubilee Loonies, but I'm believe they had the standard Loon on the back and double dated on the front 1952-2002, but I don't have any with me right now.

You're right. But in the last two months, I've picked up many new coins (new to my collection) by swapping coins I can find in circulation. (Some easy, some harder). Probably added another 20-25% to my collection in terms of unique coins. I've got at least 4 or 5 more batches of coins on the way, and I just received two more today. My real backlog is in cataloging them as excel is only so good, and I have yet to find any good software for world coin collections. Let's just say I love getting coins in the mail, regardless of their value. :D

They are too busy getting rid of their millions of cheap 2006 new mint mark loonies..too shiney is the magority of complaints I hear from customers. The banks are dishing them out

I dont even have one of those in my collection...but the picture shows the double-date on the front like it is on the 1,5,10,25
