Is it that BUZZR is spelled wrong? Otherwise I don't know what is interesting.

Haven't seen or heard about Garry More in many years, let alone Chief John Big Tree.

Garry Moore passed in 1993. The chief left us in 1967.

BUZZR is a TV station and it has vintage game playing tv shows.

Chief John Big Tree was one of the models for the buffalo nickel.

I remember when " To Tell The Truth " had all 3 chiefs on the show , whom were used as the models for the Buffalo nickel.

I remember a contestant on "What's my Line?", an elderly gentleman, who stumped the panel. His claim to fame was that he was in Ford's Theater the night of the performance when Lincoln was shot. Of course, he was just a kid then. His reward for stumping the panel was a carton of Pall-Mall's.....

Can you imagine the howl and noise if they awarded such a prize (to a kid) today......

Ken he was most probably close to 100 at the time he was on the show. If he was a kid when Lincoln was shot.....so that said a carton of Pall Mall's was a departing gift. :cigar:
