    does it have a mint mark below the ribbon on the date side ? what letter is it ?

    The mintmark looks like an 'M' so that would be Milan.

    if the mint mark is an M then it's Milan KM#11.1 , Italy 1866, 10 centesimi, metal-copper, mintage-36,000,000 , ruler- Vittorio Emanuele II .
