This coin was in a multiple lot that I won recently. No tags or description.
After several days I was able to find out that it is from Philadelphia. :)

Philadelphia or Philadelpheia (Ancient Greek: Φιλαδέλφεια), was a town of ancient Cilicia, and later of Isauria. It was located in the interior of Cilicia Aspera, in the Calycadnus valley on the river Calycadnus, above Aphrodisias.

Cilicia, Philadelpheia, Pseudo-autonomous issue, 1st-3rd centuries AD
    18.5 x 18.1 mm; 4.238 g
    SNG Levante 574; SNG Pfalz 998; Lindgren I A1571A

Ob.: ΦΙΛΑΔЄΛΦЄWΝ head of Athena in crested Corinthian helmet to r.
Rev.: KIHTWN Horizontal branch from which hang two bunches of grapes.

Perhaps wine was a main commodity produced in Philadelphia.
