Issue with Indian Rupee 1840?

    I found this coin at a dealer's and was wondering if the line at 1 O clock is a die crack?

    If I sent this coin in for slabbing, would it get graded or get rejected because of it?

    What would be a fair price to offer for this coin?

    Please help me.

    Well I do not know if its a die crack or not. I recently bought the same coin for under $20.
