It's 1/20th oz, so it contains 0.05 oz (1/20 oz) ... value would be price of gold per oz, divided by 20 (more or less) plus ring value.
The current price of gold is approx $1350/oz .... so gold content of the coin is about $67.50. Then add the gold content of the ring (bear in mind it's probably 9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold).
Nice ring, there would be no way in hell I would sell it for bullion price but if you try to sell it to a pawn shop or a coin shop that may be all they would offer. That's just the way it works.
I have not seen an Isle of Man gold coin ring but have seen raw Isle of Man 1/25 oz gold coins with HUGE premiums on them at various coin shows and on ebay.
