Isle of Man 1733 Penny: Official or Contemporary Counterfeit?

    This Isle of Man 1733 penny looks to meto be a contemporary counterfeit, yet does not seem to be a match for any of the ten counterfeit varieties described in Nelson (1903). Although quite warn, the letters seem thick and not "right." Diameter 27.78 max., weight 8.75 g. Thoughts? IOM 1733 penny contemporary counterfeit 2.png
