Here, I fixed the images for those as obsessive as I am about it. Bust Half varieties are identified via Overton Numbers, named for Al Overton, the gentleman who first codified them. Yours - from the position of the first S i STATES and other details - looks to be O-103, one of the more common varieties. I think it fairly graded at VF20, maybe even a little better, and worth the price paid.
It is a good value for what you paid. The coin buyers anonymous meetings are a great place to sell coins. There is always someone falling off the wagon at every meeting. :>)
