Looks like XF details to me -- I can't see it making even AU50. More to the point, though, it looks harshly cleaned.

I'm not a Morgan guy, but it looks like this date doesn't become a rarity until you hit AU or better, and this coin is a wide miss.

I think that this coin has been cleaned and isnt slabbed. I would say it is a vf30 details which brings the price way down

 

no. the coin is only worth melt value, or maybe slightly more than melt value.

 

VF-20 Reverse , VF-30 obverse, and cleaned.
