Is this undergraded in your opinion? I think it is!

I have had good luck on buying proof IHC's back 10 years+ ago in old slabs from all TPG's having them up grade nicely.
Anacs old slabs as well as PCGS 1st gennies, I have had probably a 80% upgrade. I have had a few upgrade to an +2. Again, mainly on proofs. This is base on knowledge, hard work. Maybe luck also.

I guess back in the day TPG's were really tight on grading proofs IHC.
I have had some nice profits, no home runs but some nice advances in value since the upgrades.

I am showing this coin on Teletrade because "I" think it could go Proof 64 easy. Just scanning coin sites for possible upgrades in my collection and felt this coin has potential.

If someone does buy it and resubmits to NGC/PCGS could they drop me a pm and let me know what grade got. I own 2 nice Proofs in higher grades in this date so I am not buying at this time. TY G

I agree with you , a nice coin that looks like it could go 64 easy , Though it's mark free , no hairlines . I think the dull surface will keep it from a 65 . Nice strike and coin too .

 

I think it might make 64, but I would not guarantee it. As mention dull luster and a little spotty.

 

I'd honestly want to see it in person. Those little flecks in the field on the obverse could be nothing or they could be the distracting feature keeping it from a 64. That being said, I still think the coin is worth a bid.
