Is this the (common) 1998 wide AM?

    Yes, that is a WAM reverse.

    Yes that is a WAM. It isn't "common" exactly, since the normal business strike should be a closed AM. Of the three WAMs (98, 99, 00) I would say it is the 2nd most common. Still a nice find :)
