I don't have a picture, but I can describe it. It is dated 1977. The serial number is G0722222222* or however many 2's there could possibly be after the 7. It is a star note, and is in probably fine condition or so.
Serial numbers have 8 numbers Is that a zero in front of the 7, if so a coolness rating of 99.05% is fine. But the bottom line is that its a star note and always a keeper for me. Six 2s in a row... very cool. 07222222 contains a 6-of-a-kind together. Only 0.0028% of 8-digit numbers have this combination. 07222222 has 3 unique digits. In 0.71% of 8-digit numbers, there are 3 or fewer unique digits. 07222222's digits sum to 19. In 2.0% of 8-digit numbers, the digits sum to at most 19.
Well i would keep it... but only because i'm trying to collect a lot of bills and prefer stars over normal bills unless the serial is CRAZY (like binary or radar or repeater)... but then if you're not collecting stars... i would try selling it on ebay and try your luck. it's all up to you! The serial is cool... but it's not a premium reason for someone to buy it. You can say it's still a cool serial... but there's no name for it.
Unless I'm mistaken I've only seen 8 digits and the fed and series letters, never seen one that has ten like yours John
John, it only has 8. I didn't remember the exact sequence, as I knew that after the 0 and the 7 the rest were 2's.
Hey Zaneman... Keep the note! Look up it condition or have some colleagues at PCGS Paper Money look at it for you.. You can always donate it to me for a nice tax write off !!!:hammer: :hammer: RickieB
