Is this really what the seller says it is?

I don't collect errors but I saw this while I was browsing Indian Head Pennies on eBay and I was just wondering if you guys think this is really an error. It just looks like an 1891 penny to me.

You got it right. Just an 1891. Given the shape, worth about its copper value.

 

That is a good example of a cull.

 

Thanks. Supposed error coins often look indistinguishable to me, but I really didn't think this one was anything special.

 

1891 and a small die chip has joined the ball of the nine to the upper loop. This is a common occurrence with this type of 9 and it shows up on many different coins and years as long as they have that type of 9 in the date.
