As I've said many times, you can sometimes tell that a coin is counterfeit just from a picture, but you can never be sure it's genuine that way. If I were into US gold, since the picture does appear to be incuse, and to generally match what the coin should look like, my next step would be to ask the seller for the exact gram weight and millimeter diameter. Again, you might be able to confirm falsity from that information, but not genuineness. If it passed that test, I would then look very carefully at the seller's feedback and return policy, and bid or refrain accordingly. Red flags here: No mention of a return policy, and the reputation of the source country. Caution flag here: His feedback
