Good afternoon everyone, I stumbled upon this peculiar error coin on ebay and i don't know what to think of it?. At first it looks like its a interesting clipped coin but even just the clips look odd to me. Then it goes on as the coin seems to be sort of sliced through the reeding but not completely. Anyone who can chime in to explain this phenomenon?

I think it might be a triple clipper.

The only error here is a crooked hatchet job by someone post mint.

looks like someone was playing around with their dremel. clips on coins are not this close together.

Yeah, and no blakesley effect? I don't think it's genuine.

I know what that is...it's one half of a magic folding coin. A thin rubberband goes around the outer edge to hold both halves together that's why it has that groove. I have one...I like to collect magic coins also. So it is real but can't do to much magic without the other half!
