It's PMD. You can tell because the rim is crushed on both sides, probably by a pair of pliers. Chris @morgan Tegeler - Welcome to the neighborhood! May I suggest that the next time you want to post photos of a specific area of a coin that you crop out all of the unnecessary background and then resize your image. Also, please use the "Full Image" option when you upload the images. The "Thumbnail" option really sucks!
