Is this penny worth anything? Is this a lamination error or something?

Found this in a box that I was searching, I also found a 1960 penny that looks brand spanking new, and also a few great toners.

IS this coin worth anything? Can someone tell me what happened to it?

Well, to expand on the answer: the mint had trouble with the early zinc cents. The issue was getting the copper plating to adhere properly to the zinc. You'll find quite a few of these from the mid-80's. No collector value.
