I just would like some second opinions here. Do you guys think these circled spots are on the NGC slab or the coin. I personally think its dust, because when i ran the NGC number through NGC's database, the marks weren't there. View attachment untitled.bmp
Under a bright light, move the coin around so that you can see it from many different angles. Do the spots seem to move around on the coin? If yes, it's on the slab. If not, it's on the coin.
It's really hard to tell from the pictures, but I could see how that would be a scratch on the plastic holder. Scratches on plastic do look like that. But as I said, it's super hard to tell for sure.
