Is this old PVC residue??

    I doubt it would have gotten an MS-65 grade if it was.

    Looks like it might of been dipped a long time ago and it's starting to re-tone,a very common occurrence.The slab is at least around 30 years old,probably would get a details if sent back in which is a bummer.

    Looks like toning to me also. Just a little tidbit. The PVC gets worse as time goes on. The PVC could have been there. We have seen it before.
