Is this Kennedy Mint Mark error rare?

Has anyone seen this before or have any info on it? Is it double punched or D over S or something? Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks folks

Can U get a close up of the mint mark?like this
It look like one but maybe a shadow

Thanks for the reply but I can't seem to get my camera to focus that close up, here is a slightly better one though. Hopefully this'll help, any advice on how to get that close up? I have a Konica Minolta Dimage Z20 5 Megapixels camera, which I expect is the problem.

 

If you click on the 2nd photo you should be able to see it more clearly, and it's in the original mint set packaging, so I'm not sure how they could add some metal post mint without putting a hole in the plastic, but who knows. Thanks for any help anyone has.
