I found this a while ago and as with any unusual coin I still it on the side, this is a 1982 LMC with either doubling or die wear. The pictures are about the best I can get them, I am posting both the front and back of the coin as both sides seemed strange to me (I'm not saying they are double dies looking for expert opinions). On the front the word WE there seems to be something between the W upstokes (red arrows are pointing to). Sorry about all the pictures, tried to show all parts of the coin
