I'm not a serial number collector, so please enlighten me as to why the question even arises, other than what a great Liar's Poker note it is.

 

Roy,what exactly is Liar's Poker? Is it is the same family of games as Stud Pker & Strip poker?

Lialr's Poker is a gambling game played by two or more people betting on which one has the best "hand" using any five digits of the serial number on a dollar bill. Five 8s is a virtually unbeatable hand.

 

Roy,that sounds like a very hard game to play.I know that in Poker that if you get all the Aces & all the 8's,then you will have the infamous Dead Man's Hand.

Mind you,I've never played Poker,but I can play Canasta & Five Hundred,but not Bridge though.

Actually the hand was aces up, aces over eights, two aces and two eights. So you were half right.
