You mean Frank Gasparro's "FG" designer initials on a Kennedy half? Yes. Should be on all of 'em. Edit: oh- I see what you were asking. You mean does the "G" always look like that? That I couldn't tell you, but I suspect it isn't all that unusual. Find some pictures of other coins and compare it.
