Is this coin to good to be true?

I bought a big nearly 5 pound bag of US and foreign silver coins at the Jan F.U.N. sale here in Tampa. The seller had huge natural gold nuggets from Australia and seemed like he could not be bothered with the silver.

Last week I remembered this bag and started sorting out what I knew when out of a tube marked "crown sized silver" came a 1854 silver dollar.

I filled out an NGC form but before I spend over $100, I think I will show it here. My main concern is the weight of 26.54 on a good gem scale

I'm not well versed in US coins but it seems the font and rim around the dentrils are unusually thick. Could be wrong.

It doesn't look right. Do you have pics of the edge?

Not genuine look at the date no where near what a real 1854 looks like.
