The fabric looks ok for these types, but if you ask about authenticity, we need to know the weight in grams and the diameter in millimeters.
It seems to be a silver siglos type with an incuse reverse and a forepart of a lion obverse, but missing the associated bull...but I seem to recall once owning a type with just the lion..... But the missing bull does concern me since I believe it was typical of Lydian issues . I'm sure others more in the know will shortly respond. And , as JA mentioned the weight and size are very important. Perhaps a side shot of the edges also.
It's a hemidrachm of Cherronesos (spellings may vary), although I can't pretend to know whether or not it is authentic. There are several online resources for these. I'll post them in a few minutes.
Right!!! TIF has it... From Thrace and a forepart of a lion and grapes or a grain kernal Manchester 776? Or an Ivy leaf?? But, I'm clueless as to authenticity---as usual LOL
