is this cleaned?

can you tell from these pictures if this cent is cleaned or not? i found it in circulation

Why in the world would it make you think its cleaned? Looks like PMD and a little bit if rust. might have been in water for a couple seconds.

 

Finding a red 1964 in not that uncommon, it seems like millions of them were hoarded for one reason or another. I don't think it has been cleaned.

I just found one just like that same year too roll hunting 2 days ago, I'm keeping it just for giggles.

 

Looks like a slighty circulated Lincoln cent, nothing else.
