hello all i'm not sure how great the pic is i just got a scanner but something doesn't seem right with the word liberty opinions? thanks actually never mind the scan is really bad i'll have to work on it

Is that a Photoshopped mirror image? If not, you've got an after-mint alteration, probably a variation of the old "squeeze job".
