Is this another road rash coin

    I am trying to know how to know if these are road damage or actual mistake.

    Definitely PMD. Not an error. It could have happened many ways, but probably a parking lot coin.

    It looks like multiple sources of damage on one coin, none of them worth a darn.

    What I try to convey to others who have asked similar questions is that you MUST HAVE an understanding of the minting process BEFORE you try to identify errors.

    a coin would never leave the mint looking like that...

    If you look at the various image examples of each of the mint error types, then you'll get a better idea of what an error coin looks like. Your example stands out as very clearly PMD. The scraping damage, the angled hits, etc. on yours aren't consistent with the effects seen when a die strikes the metal planchet.
