Welcome to CT!! A stated your coin looks to be a Misaligned Die error or MAD for short. Note how thick the rim is on lower right hand side...directly opposite the word liberty. This is a telltale sign of a MAD. Thin rim on one side with a thick rim on the apposing side. This is something you will see a lot. It carries no value unless some of the legends are actually missing. If the coin is off in the same direction on both the obverse AND reverse then it would be called an Off Center Strike.
