Is this an error?

    Hi this is me again, i know i ask a lot of questions sorry for that i'm new collector and i need your help ..... and thank you for everybody who try to help me :smile.
    My question is : is this a wide AM ?:(

    I think it is just a circulated coin. If it was a WAM, the distance between the A and M would be the same as the distance between the M and E.

    Actually, if you look at the space between the M and E, it is fairly wide. Even though the AM is not "touching" it still makes it a Close AM. I look for these and sometimes I think I might have a Wide AM, but I always look at the spacing for the ME as well. Basically, you need to have not the wide spacing between the ME with not as much of that spacing between the AM..... Here is a 1999 Wide AM I found (and is graded as such by NGC)..... focusing just on the 'AMERICA'. Compare yours (bottom) to this (top).
