Is this an error?

    really?!?! MS63. That looks AU at best. why would you have that thing graded?

    It is just a misaligned cent. In order to be "off" or off center, it must have some of the device missing.

    Some of the front edge of Lincoln's coat is missing, so I'd say it might qualify as off center?

    Just a misaligned die. Unless they're extremely dramatic, PCGS won't recognize 'em when submitted without attribution requests.

    Yes it is a double error the first error is it is a MAD and far enough off that a little bit of the design is missing. The second error was sending it in and paying to have it slabbed.
