Is this an error note?

Hey there. I am new to collecting and I am a teller at a local bank so I come across thousands of dollars of star notes etc. and I get every last one. I will have a thread up on my star notes in a bit cause I'm wondering where I can sell them since I have about 900 bucks lying on my desk now and I gave my dad about 1000 worth or more.

Is this 20 an error note though? I found it odd that the serial number is printed over the color changing 20 of the bill

thanks a lot Appreciate it. And meh. Pay sucks and I wanna move outta the house so if these star notes can make me some cash then the job will be great lol. Otherwise I need a second job. I'm 25 and don't wanna be living at home anymore
