    I pulled this out of an original bank wrapped roll. Check the 'E' in 'WE'. It is not a scratch, it is raised metal. Clad flaw of some sort? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

    Looks like a nice die gouge (or chip). Is that a die crack on the right (facing) side as well?

    No, that is the slide on the album i put it in.

    Looks like a delamination to me. It is hard to tell from the photo. If it is just a thin layer, it is delamination. If it is a solid, thick piece of metal, then I agree with ikandiggit's assessment of a die gouge.
