I have been using this website with a list of most of the penny errors since I started a couple of weeks ago. I was just wondering if these are accurate and if there are some I have been missing out on.
I would advise you to avoid it as if the plague, and simply because it appears to be nothing more than a very generic garbage listing put together by someone with more ambition than actual knowledge. If interested in varieties, do consider spending some serious time on the below websites. You'll learn a lot more and soon understand why said listing is garbage. http://doubleddie.com/ http://www.varietyvista.com/ There are others, but the above should both make for a fine start as well as keep you busy for the foreseeable future. Best of luck!
The constant use of the word stamped on that list, is not only going to irritate some members here, but should also tell you that whoever made it, is "coin uninformed" and should be ignored. It's like they just skimmed through the first chapter of How to Get Rich With Pocket Change and made a list lol.
The first word in that image should tell you enough about the person, and their knowledge of Lincoln Cents, who created the list....
@zachattack These are great websites, maintained by acknowledged experts. If you think you have a doubled die or repunched MM, always check there first. Also, please remember that certain types of errors such as off-center, clipped planchets, laminations, etc, tend to be random, so lists by date aren't really applicable
