Is this a reverse clad error?

    I can't tell if this is a true reverse clad error or the reverse was sitting in a like of something for a looooong time.

    Hope these photos are good enough. Would love someone's knowledge who specializes.

    Lastly, is this worth buying at $20? It definitely has never been cleaned.

    Looks like it sat in something. Definitely would NOT buy for $20. @paddyman98 is the resident expert on errors though so I would defer to his superior knowledge.

    It does not have enough of a Copper color for me to say it is a Missing Clad layer error.
    It could just be environmental damage just to one side.
