Yeah, please do not buy such things until your knowledge of ancients is greatly improved. There is a distinct learning curve on ancients. ALl of us have had to climb it. Its a fun climb, learning about how ancient coins were made, how they have been copied, etc, but nevertheless one should educate himself on ancients before plopping down his money. Of course, there are wonderful sellers we know who guarantee their coins are real if you want any recommendations on where to buy an ancient worry free, but Ebay or other unknown sources are fraught with danger until you become an expert.
