It has the look of a proof, but I really can't say. If its not than you have a high MS. Can you post some pics of the reverse?
Post the reverse. It looks like a 62 or so from the obverse. That is if it's a proof. If it's MS, probably about a 64 or 65. Is it N/C?
Definitely worth submitting for grading if it turns out to be a proof. If it's not a proof, you got a decent price. Not what I would call a bargain, but you didn't overpay.
aww... that side doesn't look proof... maybe just a one sided cameo, and it might be the pictures, but it doesn't look mirrorish to me.
It is the pics. It is VERY mirrory. Is there any specific way to tell if its a proof other than its appearance?
they usually have excellent strikes which yours does. try taking pictures of the reverse that are at and angle that show the mirror-ness of it.

You bring up a good point which does make me think it is a proof. Notice how the polish lines are only in the fields on the obverse and it is a cameo. This makes me think die polish which would most likely on a proof.
The thing that gives me some doubt about it being a proof is the rim. the obverse seems off center and not a square rim. The proofs of this series tend to be well centered and squarish rims. Jim
If I just saw the obverse, first and second set of pictures... I'd say proof Looking at the reverse, I think, THINK, I can say that this coin is not a proof It just looks maybe high mint state, and a touch polishing or some sort of cleaning, along the way, or that is what it looks like, with those lines... I guess this really might be a seeing in hand thing... Maybe see what a TPG says...
