Mighty purdy! Given some of the grades I have seen in those plastic tombs (and do not agree with), it would be a PL-69.
What are the two marks between the cap and the "M"? Why is there a mark on the eagle's wing? I can't decide on a grade until I know what those are. If the scratches are on the slab, it's a PR67 CAM. If on the coin, probably a PR64 CAM.
The latter appears to be the strike of the row of eagle's feathers on the left wing if you're referring to the dark "line" on the OP image. PCGS 67+DCAM:
I would agree that if those are hairlines on the coin in the right field it would keep her out of the really high zone but I'd still peg it as a 66/67 DCAM. Wouldn't bother me one bit if she were mine.
