    What are the two marks between the cap and the "M"? Why is there a mark on the eagle's wing? I can't decide on a grade until I know what those are. If the scratches are on the slab, it's a PR67 CAM. If on the coin, probably a PR64 CAM.

    The latter appears to be the strike of the row of eagle's feathers on the left wing if you're referring to the dark "line" on the OP image.

    I would agree that if those are hairlines on the coin in the right field it would keep her out of the really high zone but I'd still peg it as a 66/67 DCAM.

    Wouldn't bother me one bit if she were mine. :)
