Is this a normal?

    Yes. It is generally caused by coin rollers.

    If it was coin roller damage, wouldn't there be damage all around the coin? My guess is that it was struck through grease.

    The OP coin was not caused by a coin roller it is a grease strike through. The coin rollers will either displace metal or leave a ring around the collar type mark.

    Perhaps it's just me, but, I see the markings generally seen from rollers in both of the bottom two pic's. If this is grease strike through I have thrown out a ton of them. However, in looking closer, I see that there are two coin's there. The one I believe is roller damage is the '99. The '91 I would agree is more likely grease.
