    Does it have a reeded edge?
    If not then it is Broadstruck.

    If it has a reeded edge then it's a Misaligned Die Strike not an off center strike.

    It could also be a partial collar strike.

    Please show the edge.

    Can't be an off center all design details still remain and its not the wide rim near date just a normal narrow rim,nice coin.
