Is this a mint error? It looks like a clipped planchet

    2007 Lincoln cent with what looks like a clipped planchet at 7 o'clock
    Reverse? If it is a clipped planchet what would be the value? Is there a market for them? Thanks image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

    Sorry not an error. That are not the signs of a clipped planchet. Looks like rim damage. When I look at the Obverse side, the top part of the Cent looks warbled. That would be the area where that damage is located.
